Founder/ Chairman: Vincenté K. Baker 

Our company president and chairman, Vincenté Kabo Baker, is an award winning director/ producer who brings over thirteen years of production experience in both TV and feature films as an assistant director in Vancouver. This work includes but is not limited to: Riverdale (CW Series), The 100 (CW Series), Bones of Crows (CBC Series & Feature – Leo Winner), Little Bird (BellMedia Series – Canadian Screen Awards Nominee), Robin Roberts’ Mahalia (Emmy Nominated) and, Mary J. Blige’s Real Love (Lifetime TV movie).  Baker founded MoPictures after realizing the need for more inter-cultural content.

Producer (Development & Production): Jessica To 

Jessica is a Producer based in Vancouver, BC. Her 2023 short film “Operation: Stuplloyd” was a DGC Greenlight finalist and will have its national broadcast debut on CBC in 2025 and will be available on CBC GEM. An upcoming independent feature film “Lake George”, where she served as an Associate Producer, had its world premiere at Tribeca Film Festival in New York in 2024. Her other production credits include “Final Destination 6: Bloodlines”, “The Watchful Eye”, “Mixtape”, “Are You Afraid of the Dark?” and the popular “To All The Boys I've Loved Before” film franchise. Jessica is currently developing a slate of feature films and TV series.

Post-Production: Cindy Au Yeung

Cindy Au Yeung is a filmmaker, editor, and producer based in Vancouver, BC.  Her work as an editor is diverse in both scripted and non-scripted formats including animation.  Most recently, she has edited an indie sci-fi thriller feature, JONAH, an APTN Lumi webseries SHADOW OF THE ROUGAROU, and produced and edited a stand-up comedy series COMEDY INVASION.  As a filmmaker, Cindy makes her own documentaries and is on a  Board of Directors at the Vancouver Post Alliance and is the co-chair of the Diversity & Inclusion committee.  Cindy’s love and dedication to story knows no borders and her sensibilities to the human experiences are universal and elegantly evocative.
